Ronald “Ron” Kitchens

Founder & President Securitique™

Onica “Oni” Kitchens

Co-Founder, VP Human Resources Securitique™

Ronald Kitchens is a senior cybersecurity and federal IT leader with more than 36 years of experience supporting federal missions, defense contractor environments, cloud modernization, RMF/ATO lifecycle execution, DevSecOps, IT service management, and enterprise program delivery. His credentials include a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Security+ certification. He has directed enterprise cybersecurity governance across cloud and mission systems, translating strategic priorities into measurable security outcomes, accountable execution, and executive-level risk reporting.

Ron advises senior leaders by translating cyber, operational, ISO, CMMC, AI governance, Zero Trust, vulnerability, POA&M, and authorization risks into clear priorities, defensible decisions, and measurable outcomes.

His experience spans NIST RMF execution, continuous monitoring, evidence strategy, assessor coordination, secure change management, threat-informed prioritization, application security, audit readiness, and security operations modernization aligned to federal standards. He has also supported AI governance, threat intelligence evaluation, cryptographic transition planning, and RMF evidence development for high-security environments.

Ron founded Securitique™ because the market needed a firm willing to publish its methodology and be held accountable to it. The EFAS™ methodology anchors every engagement in validated evidence, documented findings, remediation priorities, executive reporting, and measurable improvement — moving organizations beyond compliance activity and into provable security readiness.

Chelsi Kitchens

VP Operations, Securitique™

Chelsi Kitchens is the Vice President of Operations at Securitique™, where she drives the firm's operational discipline, internal coordination, client service, and delivery execution. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Marketing and Management, a discipline that sharpened her instincts for brand presentation, audience communication, deadline management, and the operational precision required to bring complex projects from concept to completion.

Chelsi's core strength is making things run. She brings structure to environments where accuracy, follow through, and timely execution are not optional. They are the baseline.
